If you are new to this shop? Here is a short instruction:

You can send us your order in any way you can think of so you do not have to use this shop. (If you are a new customer, please use the shop at least once, so we have all necessary data.)

You find a navigation menu on the left and top of every page.
Just click the products you are interested in.
If you like a product, just click the green "Add to cart" button and it will be added to your shopping cart.
You access your shopping cart by clicking the “Cart” button in the top menu on the very right or the icon on the very top of the page.
In your shopping cart you can change the quantity and delete items you do not want. If you click the “Check Out” button, you can type in your address and will be guided through the following steps.

Pre-Orders

Are not binding which means you have nothing to pay in advance. There is no pre-payment for pre-orders!
Pre-orders helping us to order the right amount.
Some products are quite rare or we cannot get the amount we would like to have. If you really like one product it is wise to pre-order it.
For some items (i.e. imported ones) we cannot guarantee that the price will stay the same.

You can do so by either sending us an email or you click the blue “Pre Order” button of the product you want to pre-order.
Since there is no pre-payment please choose “PRE-ORDER” as payment option. If you want to use Paypal and/or if you have other items in your shopping cart you would like to receive now, just choose “Bank Transfer“ and write in the comments box that you would like to use Paypal. We will come back to you then and send you a Paypal request for the rest of your order. (Or you place two orders. One as the pre-order and the other one for the items which are in stock.)
If you have only pre-ordered items in your shopping cart, there will be the payment option “Pre-Order”.

Button Color

Product with green “Add to cart” buttons are usually in stock and can be delivered.
Products with blue “Pre-Order” buttons are not in stock and can be pre-ordered. If we know when these items are back in stock, you will find a date there. Usually we do not know.
Services like Re-sharpenings usually have blue buttons too.
