RAZORS
We double check the razors (not only razors but everything) before we pack and send them.
The razor will be shave ready when shipped! So there is no need for honing the razor!
If you have any doubt the razor you want to order is the right for you, send an email or call us and we are glad to help!
ORDERS
We will accept any order in any form.
You can use the shopping system, send an emai, a letter or call us.
PRE-ORDERS
You will not be billed for your pre-order until the merchandise has arrived and has been checked.
SHIPPING

We ship after we got your payment (or otherwise stated for pre-orders).
We are looking for the fastest and modest shipping method.
We do pack very well and beautifully.
Outside the EU we ship via registered letter (very fast) or registered parcel (quite fast) with tracking and insurance.
CUSTOMS We are not responsible for VAT, customs duties and other taxes. (Usually razors are tax free for the US.)
The costs of return shipping of any package returned because of an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.
YOUR DATA
will be save with us. WE do not store it on the Internet and we do not give it to others unless it is necessary for fullfilling your order (your address to DHL or other carrier).
You can ask us to delete your private information at any time or send you your data we have from you.
Please do this enquiry via snail mail because we do not give any information about this via email or telephone.
PAYMENT
can be made via:
Chash (some people send us money via registered letter. Do not forget to write clearly which items you want to have and your address!)
Credit Card (through Paypal. See www.paypal.com for more information about this service.)
PayPal (We will send you a paypal request after you placed your order. You will not be forwarded to Paypal automatically!)
European or Worldwide Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer (Please make sure you pay all banking fees for the transfer!)
RETURNING POLICY
You can send back any product within 14 days. No questions asked.
If you have to send back any items make sure:
You send us an email or let us know otherwise prior to shipping.
The item is not used!
You pay the full shipping costs (otherwise I cannot accept it).
We will give you a full refund for the returned merchandise if they are unused and undamaged. We will not refund the shipping costs when items are returned from outside of Germany.
If you declare for customs do as: "Returning goods" and attach a copy of your invoice outside the parcle, please.
This is very important. Otherwise your parcel will get stuck with customs and I have to go there to fetch it, which is an hour drive.
